About Us
KPW Service Association, Inc.
KPW Service Association, Inc. is a not-for-profit business that has provided service in Kings Point since 1980. Members can have their appliances, air conditioning & heat repaired or in some cases replaced without having to pay for costly service fees, parts, tax or labor.
Four levels of service are available, as well as a Senior Care Program that can be added as an option to any level available. A Board of Directors establishes the annual rates, contract terms and employ the contractors that provide the services. The Board of Directors are residents of Kings Point and KPW members as well.

Service Calls are conducted Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00a.m. – 5:00p.m.
After Hours Emergency Service Calls are available:
Monday through Friday: between the hours of 5:00pm and 8:00pm;
Weekends and Holidays between 8am and 8pm.
Emergencies are considered:
- Severe water leaks,
- Air Conditioner or Heat not working
- Refrigerator not cooling
Customer Visiting Hours
During business hours our staff answers calls, schedules repairs, and handles member issues. We average over two thousand calls a month. Therefore, we have limited office hours for members.
Tuesday, 9am - noon
Thursday, 1pm -4pm
