Silver - Gold - Platinum
Designated appliances covered by this agreement:
*Primary HVAC units are eligible for replacement.
*Coverage for the water heater excludes tankless and hybrid water heaters.
*Optional coverage for the Senior Care Program at an additional cost.
1. Any cost above the specified maximum limit must be paid directly to the KPW Service Contractor by the member. (See pricing sheet.)

The Platinum Plan expands on the services of the Gold plan to include:
* Optional coverage for the Senior Care Program at an additional cost.
* Discounted work benefits are not scheduled by KPW, nor billed by KPW – they are between the member and vendor only.

This plan can be added to any of the plans listed above and will require an inspection.
KPW service fees do not apply to the Senior Care Plan.
Senior Care Includes:
~ KPW and the KPW Service Contractor are not responsible for any damages that may occur while providing services under the Senior Care Plan.
~ The member absolves KPW and the KPW Service Contractor of all liability for injury to person or persons or for loss or damage to property.
~ The plan does not cover any electrical work, electrical permits, or electrical malfunctions.
~ Members must contact KPW to schedule these services which will be provided during normal business hours only.
EXCLUSIONS OF COVERAGE
The member agrees to the following exclusions:
HVAC
Refrigerator
Appliances
Range
Plumbing
Maintenance
Other
Replaced equipment warranties / New Appliances
Chronically unreliable appliances
Service Calls that are made by the Member will have a Service Fee.
Service Fees:
Silver and Gold: $40 during office hours 8:00am to 5:00pm
$60.00 after hours: 5pm to 8pm, and
Weekends: 8am-8pm and Holidays
Platinum: $25 for all service calls.
